I just read your article on the ‘dev comm’ on managing workows for flex projects. Its truly time to mention this aspect of flex development.
This is something we faced in our own projects. The fact is designers very often dont involve in the build up of code or creation of technical documents. But in a flex projects this collaboration is necessary (thanks to the level of details needed).
We ended up with creating a whole set of methodology to support this communication, which could bridge the gap and make lives easier for both.
